General Terms

1. Product Condition

  • All items, unless otherwise stated, are shipped in brand-new, sealed condition.
  • In the event of damaged parts, any request for replacement is subject to approval by the product company or producer.

2. Product Information

  • Product details provided by the production company may change without prior notice.
  • Seyes Toys will not be responsible for any such changes made by the producer.

Pre-order Policy

Pre-Order Options

1. Deposit Option

  • You will make a non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen product.
  • The remaining balance will be due when the item is ready for collection or shipping.

2. Full Payment Option

  • You will pay the full retail price upfront to secure your chosen product and receive any available discount.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Important Note

  • Please make sure you are certain before purchasing an expensive collectible.
  • Payments are passed to suppliers to secure your order, which is why many payments are non-refundable.

2. Universal Cancellation Rule

  • Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the date of order is non-refundable, as we must secure your order with the supplier quickly.

3. Preorder Policies

  • Preorder – Deposit Orders
    • The deposit paid is strictly non-refundable.
  • Preorder – Full Payment Orders
    • 40% of the retail price is treated as the non-refundable amount.
    • The remaining balance will be refunded.

4. Ready-to-Ship Policies

  • All payments for ready-to-ship items are non-refundable.
  • All promotional or discounted items are considered ready-to-ship and are non-refundable.

5. Orders Approaching Shipment

  • If an order is fully paid and the product is ready to ship within 4 weeks, it is non-refundable.
  • If we have received the balance and the product is ready to ship within 4 weeks, it is non-refundable.

Damaged Item / Lost Item / Return Policy

1. Product Condition

  • All items (unless otherwise stated) are shipped in brand-new, sealed condition.

2. Damaged Items

  • If any part arrives damaged, you may request a replacement.
  • All replacement requests are subject to approval by the product company or producer.

3. If Replacement Is Not Possible

  • If a replacement part cannot be provided, the customer may choose to engage a professional painter or repairer to resolve the issue.
  • We will assess the damage and may offer a partial refund as compensation, depending on the situation.
