How to pay with PayNow

PayNow Payment Option

We understand that collecting—especially high-quality statues—can be expensive. As collectors ourselves, we want to help ease the burden for our customers. That’s why we’re introducing PayNow as a new payment option.

Why PayNow?

  • Other payment methods include transaction fees.
  • With PayNow, we don’t incur those fees, and we're passing the savings directly to you.
  • You save an additional 2% off your order amount.
  • To put things into perspective: on a SGD 2,000 statue, you save SGD 40 by paying with PayNow — that’s about 10 plates of chicken rice, enough to cover 10 meals!

How to Use PayNow

Please note that this process involves some manual steps:

  1. At checkout, select the “PayNow” payment method.
  2. After confirming your order, you’ll be redirected to a page displaying our UEN: 201903231D. Copy this number.
  3. You’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order number (e.g., #ST1001).
  4. Open your banking app, choose PayNow, enter the UEN 201903231D, and include your order number (e.g. #ST1001) in the payment remarks.
  5. Take a screenshot of the completed payment and reply to your order confirmation email (It should go to hello@seyestoys.com). 
  6. We will verify your payment against your order. Once confirmed, we will reply to your email to acknowledge successful payment.
